How It Works

1. Send us your vision: colors, size, theme, or any inspiration photos. 2. We'll discuss details with you and agree on a design + price. 3. Once approved, we'll begin crafting your custom piece. 4. A small deposit is required to start. Final payment is due before pickup.

No returns or exchanges on custom items. Handmade items may vary slightly - that's part of their charm! If the design is your idea, you own the rights to it. Delivery or pickup is agreed upon with each order. Completion time depends on material availability and order load.
